We love a styled shoot with popping colours, some romantic vibes and a little bit of magic! The co-planner and creative directors here at Mehek Kay Events and Something Borrowed Studios (SBS) worked a wedding together in December 2019. We instantly connected with Alina (SBS Owner). Our couple's reception event had a beautiful flow of events for their special night, the photography team knew exactly what the program for the night was as the planner emailed the finalized itinerary a month in advance so photographers knew what to expect for the event and how best to position themselves to capture the beautiful moments! We clicked with Alina as the fun was filled with laughter and enjoying the wedding as I ran in and out of the kitchen to ensure dinner was being served on time and Alina was busily capturing beautiful moments on the stage.
A few months fast forward...
The team from SBS contacted us to inquire about a collaboration for an upcoming shoot scheduled for February. We were all hands on deck and started to connect with the perfect vendors for the vision. Since February is known as the month of love, AKA Valentine's Day, plus we were eagerly waiting for spring so it made sense to add lots of florals to our mood board!
